Best of 64: Single Eliminations

Best of 32: Single Eliminations.

Best of 16: Best of 3 Eliminations

Top 8: Double Eliminations

If you do not understand double eliminations, then consult the this link(warning: external link to BracketMaker.Com).

Scheduling format: There will be 8 pools of 16 teams, each containing 2 seeded teams. Seeded teams are those denoted as 'upper tier' by the administrators, and to prevent unfair match-ups (such as two top tier teams meeting each other in the first round), only two seeded teams will be in each pool and they will NOT meet each other until the final 16 (and until everyone else in the pool has been eliminated). Any team that beats a seeded team will assume the seeded position. This will be the extent of administrative interference.

Everyone else will be scheduled according to a random numbers generator. If you are confused about anything here, please post on the discussion thread.

Referee/Hosting:

The referee and the host shall be either a member of the Bored Aussies staff team, or a staff approved host. To sign up as a possible referee/host, please sign up on the registration page.

Each approved match will consist of a host and a referee. The player marked with * will be the senior partner - and thus have the grand jurisdiction of the match.

Prizes:

TBA

Administrative team:

See the Tournament Staff page.
